This post has been a long time coming, y’all! I’ve been dying to share Macie’s big girl bedroom with you.  She’s actually been in this big girl room since she was about 18 months old but it never felt totally complete.

A few weeks ago, we decided to paint and rearrange the furniture.  Doing all of this really pulled the room into what I had envisioned! I think it all came together SO well, really suits Macie’s little personality, and is just the perfect big girl bedroom for our girl!  I’ve shared some of Macie’s room details before but never like this.

Big Girl Bedroom Details

For starters, the color we chose for her big girl bedroom is by Sherwin Williams and it’s called Quaint Peche.  Ryan chose this color actually but I really love it.  I think it’s the perfect, girly pink that can grow with her.

The bed we chose for Macie has been such a hit! It’s from Pottery Barn Teen and it’s the Collette Classic Bed in the queen size. Since Macie is still pretty little, we knew she would need a bed rail.  We decided to purchase this universal one from Pottery Barn Kids that matches perfectly with her bed!  This lucky girl sleeps on a Purple mattress (only because it was our bed initially and then it’s what we put in our guest bedroom after we upgraded to a king.  We knew we’d need to move the bed at some point anyway and so when Macie was ready for a bed we figured she might as well just use what we had).  If y’all have never tried a Purple mattress, 10/10 recommend these! I can’t imagine sleeping on anything else!

Her bedding is also from Pottery Barn (can you tell we love PB haha!).  Her duvet cover is the Emily & Merritt ruffle stripe duvet cover and the sheets we paired it with are the lace trim sheets that we had monogrammed with her initials!

Macie has a really great, walk-in closet where we hang up her dresses and coats but, we love having a dresser for all of her PJs, pants, t-shirts, socks and underwear.  The dresser we have in here for her is from Wayfair and it’s the Marilyn 6-drawer dresser in white. Finally, the sweet rug she has here is another Pottery Barn Kids find.  The actual rug she has was one we found on clearance.  So, this exact color is no longer available.  But, they do have the Astrid rug in a beautiful blush color and I’ve linked that right here for y’all!
